Chef Alex wanted to bring a distinctive dining and culinary option to Austin that allows his customers to design events and menus based on their unique food tastes, personalities, and desires. Rather than the typical catering approach that utilizes standard menus and offerings, he works directly with each client to create dishes and flavors as distinctive as our clients. At Chez Vous 512 we want to bring the Personal Chef journey to your home, table, and guests.
